Roger S. Wieck of the Morgan Library has kindly suggested that these manuscript leaves are Dutch rather than Flemish, based on the script, palette and style of foliage.1 Sandra Hindman of Les Enluminures also thinks that they are Northern Netherlandish and suggests the town of Leiden where the Suffrages Master worked. She would date them 1480-1500,2 not that different from Dr. Weick.
